This purpose-built auditorium offers fixed, tiered seating for up to 600 and has built-in sound, lighting and audio visual facilities. It is located in the Conference Centre at Wrest Point.
Each fixed chair has a fold-over work arm, ideal for note taking. Located adjacent to the main Exhibition Foyer, this space has built-in sound, lighting and audio visual facilities.
The adaptable space is popular for conference trade exhibits, working lunches and conference breakouts. The portable registration desk in the Plenary Room is ideal for Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs) and Event Managers. Here, organisers have access to internet and phone lines.
The auditorium also has the convenience of a late entrance door, as well as ramp access. With its tiered seating, the Plenary lends itself well to exhibitions where every guest has a direct line of view to the front stage. As with all rooms, our event coordinators can talk you through the best way to maximise space and set up the Plenary to take advantage of its built-in facilities and design.
