After arriving in Hobart, take time to explore - taste our cool-climate wines with a visit to vineyards along the Southern Tasmanian Wine Route and discover the perfectly preserved Georgian village of Richmond. Hobart to Strahan
Take the journey into the World Heritage area to the picturesque West Coast port of Strahan. Experience the world's best wilderness railway journey as you chug through spectacular rainforested gorges to Queenstown on the West Coast Wilderness Railway. In the evening, enjoy a meal of fresh local seafood - dining options include View 42 Restaurant and Bar, Hamer's Hotel or the Fish Cafe on the Wharf. Explore Strahan

Make an early start from Strahan for the drive to Cradle Mountain.
