Our Executive Chef André Kropp and his team will be pleased to provide you with a wonderful range of Tasmanian food offerings and seasonal menus using the best from local and  interstate producers.  André commenced at Wrest Point in July 2014 and during his 25-year career André has worked in a number of five-star establishments and is well recognised as a mentor to aspiring chefs.
